What is a Gift Card?
A Martin Hospitality gift card is a plastic card that may be used toward the purchase of products and services at any Martin Hospitality property.
If I give my credit card information online is it safe?
Keeping your information secure is a top priority for us. When you place orders through our website, you will transmit your order information, including your credit card number, to our secure server. You will know it is secure when the yellow lock appears in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.
Will you sell my information to other companies?
No. We are just as concerned about ensuring your safety as you are. Martin Hospitality will not trade, rent or sell your personal information. We will also never share your credit card number, email address or other personal information without your prior authorization. If you are not comfortable sharing your information over the Internet, please call the property of your choice and our staff will be happy to process your payment.
Can I purchase a gift card and have it sent to someone else?
Yes. We can send your gift card to anyone with a valid mailing address.
What do I do if I do not receive the gift card I ordered?
All gift cards that are reported missing, not received, and sent view FedEx will be tracked. If the card has not been used, our staff will be happy to assist you. Please contact the Martin Hospitality property that you purchased the gift card from.
Where can I use my gift card?
Our gift cards can be redeemed at any Martin Hospitality property including The Stephanie Inn, The Surfsand Resort, The Lumberyard Rotisserie & Grill, The Stephanie Inn Dining Room and The Wayfarer Restaurant & Lounge.
